With clients throughout the Tri-State, he has negotiated build-to-suit industrial projects, retail leasing, and office purchases. A former college athlete, Rob graduated from Mt. Saint Joseph University with a B.S. in Sports Management and minors in Business and Marketing.

A hotel-focused investment broker, Kishen draws on a lifelong connection to the hospitality industry, raised in a family of Indian hoteliers who entered U.S. hotel operations in the 1980s. He holds a double major in Finance/Operations Management with a minor in International Business from the University of Cincinnati and spent three years working in Italy.

Stephanie brings a personalized experience to her clients, excelling at cultivating relationships and meeting specific needs. Before commercial real estate she spent over fifteen years in leadership roles, building strong customer service and problem-solving skills. She is licensed in Ohio and Kentucky.
John's background spans sales, leasing, management, development, and investment of retail and mixed-use projects nationwide. A Cincinnati native, he leverages relationships locally and across the country to generate off-market opportunities, bringing a unique trade-area filter to CURO's acquisition process.
Mark earned his bachelor's in Marketing and International Business from the University of Kentucky's Gatton College of Business and has been in commercial real estate since 2011. He focuses on national retail and landlord representation across Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, and Kentucky, with clients including Walgreens, Chase Bank, VisionWorks, and Salons by JC. Mark is licensed in Ohio and Kentucky.
A summa cum laude graduate of the University of Cincinnati Lindner College of Business with degrees in finance and real estate, Travis focuses on retail business development. He has built relationships with investors of household-name brands and business owners throughout Southwestern Ohio, delivering trusted, timely results.
Brian holds a bachelor's from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business with a triple major in Real Estate, Finance, and International Business. He specializes in multifamily investments across the Cincinnati, Dayton, and Kentucky markets, guiding clients through buying and selling transactions with a commitment to exceptional service.
A graduate of Indiana State University in communications and sales, JT is an industrial specialist for CURO BRKG. Tenacious and detail-driven, he brings integrity, creative problem-solving, and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach to every client interaction.
Gene has an extensive background in retail site selection throughout the Midwest, with over 25 years of commercial real estate experience and work with major retailers such as Walgreens on development programs. He graduated from Northern Kentucky University and is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Kentucky.
With over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Josh is responsible for the overall strategy of the company. A Cincinnati native, Josh began his career at CBRE as an information analyst and quickly transitioned to an industrial sales/leasing broker, winning numerous accolades including CBRE company-wide rookie of the year. Josh graduated from Miami University with two Bachelor of Science degrees, in finance and in IT.
With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Jared excels in market knowledge and strategic advice across property valuation, lease and contract negotiation, site and logistics analysis, and transaction management. A multiple industry-award winner, Jared has represented clients including Abbott, AbbVie, Allstate, Cintas, Danaher, Grainger, Haribo, LG, and ULINE. He is a graduate of Ohio University in Economics and Business Management.

Sarah holds a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati's DAAP program and brings over a decade of operations, administration, and project management experience. She leads operational strategy and execution, process development, onboarding and training, financial oversight, and vendor management, driving alignment across brokerage and marketing.
Tracy brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to CURO, with expertise ranging from tenant representation to development. She has worked with local, regional, and national clients, guiding them through site acquisition, due diligence, leasing, purchasing, and development.
Tracy brings over 17 years of commercial real estate experience through third-party property management. Her track record in operations, contract, and facility management, paired with a keen eye for organization, makes her a strong asset to the CURO MGMT team.
Kelli has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and is responsible for maximizing the performance and value of CURO's property and asset portfolio through strategic positioning and operation of its corporate assets.
With over 25 years of accounting experience, Angie handles the day-to-day accounting for the properties CURO manages. She holds a B.S. in Business with a major in Accounting, and her organization and attention to detail ensure clients receive accurate, timely financial information.
Carrie graduated from the University of Virginia with double majors in psychology and sociology and earned a master's in counseling from La Salle University. With experience across the nonprofit sector, client relations, property law, and office management, she supports all facets of CURO MGMT's operations, particularly Accounting.
Lindsey brings 5+ years of commercial real estate experience in third-party property management, working to ensure great relationships with tenants and vendors.
Stephanie oversees a portfolio of industrial and retail assets for CURO MGMT, bringing over 10 years of residential and commercial property management experience, most recently as a Senior Assistant Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield. She holds a degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of Cincinnati and a graduate degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
