When circumstances require lending institutions to assume control of real estate, CURO MGMT seamlessly operates the asset, guiding properties through difficult times while efficiently executing the business plan and extending the lender's REO capacity.
All commercial real estate is different, and so are the challenges. When a property is not ready for sale, management, or leasing, we still add value in a consulting capacity, advising on tax valuations, partnership buy-outs, and the variables impacting your asset.
Buyers, investors, and lenders need data when acquiring property. Our preferred vendor roster and volume discounts give us an advantage in coordinating Property Condition Assessments, and we take an owner's approach by completing a full operating budget.

Tracy brings over 17 years of commercial real estate experience through third-party property management. Her track record in operations, contract, and facility management, paired with a keen eye for organization, makes her a strong asset to the CURO MGMT team.
Kelli has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and is responsible for maximizing the performance and value of CURO's property and asset portfolio through strategic positioning and operation of its corporate assets.
With over 25 years of accounting experience, Angie handles the day-to-day accounting for the properties CURO manages. She holds a B.S. in Business with a major in Accounting, and her organization and attention to detail ensure clients receive accurate, timely financial information.
Carrie graduated from the University of Virginia with double majors in psychology and sociology and earned a master's in counseling from La Salle University. With experience across the nonprofit sector, client relations, property law, and office management, she supports all facets of CURO MGMT's operations, particularly Accounting.
Stephanie oversees a portfolio of industrial and retail assets for CURO MGMT, bringing over 10 years of residential and commercial property management experience, most recently as a Senior Assistant Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield. She holds a degree in Paralegal Studies from the University of Cincinnati and a graduate degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.
