Meet the Team

Rob Blundred

Rob brings nearly 10years of commercial real estate experience to Curo Brkg. With clients throughout the Tri-State, Rob has negotiated Build-To-Suit Industrial projects, Retail leasing, to Office purchases and everything in between. In a business where relationships are critical, Rob excels at understanding client requirements and implementing tailored solutions. Rob graduated as college athlete from Mt. Saint Joseph college, with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management and minors in Business & Marketing.

Tracy Burnett

Property Manager
Tracy brings over 17 years of experience and expertise in the commercial real estate industry through her work in third-party property management. Her excellent track record with operations, contract, and facility management paired with her keen eye for organization makes her a strong asset to the CURO MGMT team while providing exceptional service to our clients.

John Heekin

John is responsible for all retail acquisitions and site evaluations for Curo Cptl. John’s extensive background has covered sales / leasing / management / development and investment of retail and mixed-use projects throughout the country. John’s attention to detail and trade area knowledge brings a unique filter to Curo’s acquisition process. A native to Cincinnati, John leverages his relationships locally as well as across the country to generate off-market opportunities for our investors.

Mark Hemberger

Mark received his bachelor’s degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Kentucky’s Gatton College of Business. He has been in the commercial real estate industry since 2011. He focuses on representing the interests of national retail clients and landlord representation in Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton and Kentucky markets. Mark’s client list includes relationships with corporate and local owners. Over the years, he has worked with clients such as Walgreens, Chase Bank, VisionWorks, and Salons by JC. Mark is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

Megan Hurley

Property Manager
Megan is a University of Cincinnati alum with a bachelor's degree in Communications. She began her career in real estate with PREP Property Group as a Marketing and Leasing Coordinator. Megan works directly with tenants and vendors to create lasting relationships and ensure smooth business transactions.

Travis Inglis

A graduate of the University of Cincinnati (UC) Linder College of Business, Travis earned the honor of graduating summa cum laude with bachelor’s degrees in finance and real estate. Currently, Travis is forging a successful new path for CURO by focusing on retail business development. Having established relationships with investors of household name brands and business owners of corporations throughout Southwestern Ohio, Travis continues to delver trusted and timely results to our clients, exceeding their expectations.

Jacob “JT” Meert

Graduating from Indiana State University with a degree in communications and sales, JT is a reliable, tenacious and eager addition to CURO|BRKG as an industrial specialist. Never one to settle for less than the best, JT delivers exceptional attention to detail and communication to every interaction. JT brings integrity, creative problem solving, and a "roll up your sleeves" approach to supporting clients and CURO.

Kelli Nicoloff

Kelli has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. She is responsible for maximizing the performance and value of CURO's property and asset portfolio. Kelli accomplishes this through the business‘s strategy of positioning and operating its corporate assets.

Josh Niederhelman

With 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Josh is responsible for the overall strategy of the company. A Cincinnati native, Josh began his career at CBRE as an information analyst, and quickly transitioned to an industrial sales/leasing broker. At CBRE, Josh won numerous accolades for performance, including the CBRE company-wide rookie of the year, and he was a consistent top producer. Josh graduated from Miami University where he earned two Bachelor of Science degrees– one in finance and one in IT.

Angie Ryan

With over 25 years of accounting experience, Angie is responsible for the day-to-day accounting activities associated with the properties we manage. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, majoring in Accounting. Her experience, organizational skills and high attention detail ensures our clients they will receive accurate and timely financial information.

Robert Sanders

Robert Sanders joins CURO with over 15 years of combined business banking and commercial real estate experience. Given Robert’s full circle expertise in real estate – from site acquisition, due diligence, development and financing to community engagement, he stands as a trusted advisor and ally to clients by providing direction and guidance every step of the way.

Cassidy Mangan

Marketing Coordinator
Cassidy is a proud alumna of Northern Kentucky University, where she obtained her bachelor's degree in marketing. Her interests in real estate led her to Curo, where she channels her passion into crafting captivating promotional content to showcase Curo's properties. Beyond that, Cassidy facilitates relationships, ensuring that the Curo experience is second to none.

Kishen Das

As a hotel-focused investment broker, Kishen offers a unique advantage rooted in a lifelong connection to the hospitality industry. Raised in a family of Indian hoteliers who ventured into U.S. hotel operations in the 1980s, Kishen's journey into commercial brokerage was inevitable. With a double major in Finance/Operations Management and a minor in International Business from the University of Cincinnati, he brings diverse professional experience, including 3 years of working in Italy. Kishen is your trusted partner in hotel commercial real estate, combining experience, data expertise, and community ties for outstanding results.
